Feb 15 - Any student interested in joining the Davenport Youth Trap Shooting Team, there will be a mandatory meeting Wednesday February 15th at 5:30 pm in the West High cafeteria. You must have a parent or guardian with you. If you have any questions you can call Coach Gill or Coach Belz at West 563-386-5500 ext.654.

Feb 13 - Attention all students who signed up to donate blood. Please get your permission slips signed and turned in immediately. You will NOT be able to donate with a signed permission slip. You can turn them in to student senate members or in the envelope outside room 322. Thank you.

Feb 10 – Attention Quad City Scholars – Permission slips for the Feb. 23rd Youth Conference at the River Center must be returned by this Friday, February 10th to Mrs. Borgstadt or Ms. Rivera-Jackson. See Mrs. Borgstadt or Ms. Rivera-Jackson for a permission slip and update of activities if you missed the meeting last Thursday
Feb 10 - Want to tell your honey bunches of oats how much you care about them this Valentine’s Day??!! You should buy them a Valentine’s Day gram from student senate. They are on sale all this week for 50 cents. Your sweetie will get a lovely card and candy! Show some love and find a student senate member and buy one today!!
Feb 10 – Boys, if you are interested in becoming a better athlete or just improving your fitness level, you should join the Track & field team. There is something for everyone and for all skill levels. Practice begins Monday, February 13th at 3:15; make sure you have your Wildcat Card. Any questions please see Coach Van Hulle or Coach Conner. Remember the best way to become a better athlete is to do things that are athlete.
Feb 9 – Drama Club will meet today after school in Room 750. Please attend if you are interested in crew for Blithe Spirit. We will also update honor points, and discuss upcoming trips.
Feb 9 – Calling all cats – Bachelor Capture, Era of the Gods, is February 25th from 7-10 PM. Tickets are $10 each and they go on sale Feb. 15th. ID’s are required to enter the dance. Seniors – BC King Nominations are Feb. 15th during PAWS. Guest forms will be available in the Activities Office before and after school. Hope to see you there all of you Gods and Goddesses!
Feb 10 - Help show your support for Brandon Sissel and his family by taking part in Sissel Spirit Week! It will take place next week Monday the 13th – 17. Monday is red and pink day, Tuesday is Brandon Sissel shirt day or wear gold if you did not get one, Wednesday is football jersey day, Thursday is a blackout and Friday is blue and gold day. We hope to see EVERYONE taking part and showing their support
