Free Vaccines Posted Wednesday March 17, 2010
Tuesday April 13th Free
Tdap (Tetanus, accellular pertussis (whooping cough) and diptheria)
vaccines will be administered by the Scott County Health Department on
Tuesday, April 13 at
Written
parental consent is required. The Tdap vaccine will be given to
students who have not had the Td or Tdap vaccine for the last two
years. This
booster shot is usually given at ages 11-13 years.
Watch for information coming in the mail. Please return the consent forms to the school nurse by April 6. For more information or for a consent form, call the school nurse.
